For businesses
Sign up at serenitybook.net/signup. After verifying your email you'll be taken to a short onboarding wizard where you set your business name, availability, and add your first service. Your booking page is live immediately — no waiting.
Yes — all new accounts include a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you can add a payment method to continue; otherwise your account will be suspended.
Go to Availability in your admin console. You can set recurring weekly hours (e.g. Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm), block specific dates, and mark annual recurring holidays. Changes take effect immediately for future bookings.
Yes. Under Products in your admin console you can add as many services as you like, each with its own duration, name, and price. You can also mark services as members-only so they only appear to clients who have an active membership.
Serenity Book does not process client payments — you collect payment directly from your clients in person. The platform handles scheduling, reminders, and customer records. Your subscription to Serenity Book is billed separately through Stripe.
You can create Bundle Products (pre-paid session packages) and Membership tiers from your admin console. Once you issue a bundle or activate a membership for a customer, sessions are automatically tracked and deducted when they book. Cancelled bookings return the session to the customer's balance.
Custom domain support is on the roadmap. By default your booking page is available at yourname.serenitybook.net. If you need a custom domain sooner, contact us at support@serenitybook.net and we can discuss options.
You can cancel at any time. If you run into trouble or would prefer us to handle it, just email support@serenitybook.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
For clients booking appointments
Your booking confirmation email contains a cancellation link. Click it to cancel within the cancellation window set by the business. To reschedule, cancel your existing booking and book a new time. If you need help, contact the business directly.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, confirm you entered the correct email address during booking. You can also reach out directly to the business or contact us at support@serenitybook.net and we'll look into it.
Serenity Book is the booking platform — questions about the actual services (pricing, what's included, location, etc.) should go directly to the business you booked with. Their contact information is typically included in your confirmation email.
