Delete in the mobile app
Open the Serenity Book app, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted and your personal information will be anonymized immediately.

Send us an email
Email us at support@serenitybook.net with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account. We will delete or anonymize your personal data and confirm by email within 5 business days.

- Your name, email, and contact details are permanently removed or anonymized.
- You will no longer be able to log in or access any booking history.
- Any active memberships or bundle balances will be cancelled and cannot be recovered.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
